I just had a very pleasant experience. I acquired the plugin because it seemed to me to be the most complete and professional in editorial material. When installing it I encountered technical obstacles, which were not within my reach. I decided to ask the author of the plugin for support, and he immediately assisted me. Incredible, we were 12 hours apart due to our locations; However, Mr. Abdullah Al Imran took care of me unconditionally. It was not easy to express my request to him, because of the language, but we managed it. He graciously solved the problem for me personally, guiding me step by step to achieve what was required. Very satisfied with the professional attention of the RS WP Books Showcase brand. Thank you thank you very much.

In my opinion, the Book Author Blog theme is one of the greatest WordPress themes that you can use (even if you use the free version!); it looks wonderful, it doesn’t obstruct the content (and gives you the option to display most of if not all of it), and it’s just the cleanest WordPress theme I’ve seen for an author to date. If you choose to upgrade to Pro, it’s an absolute steal both at the price and level of service that it’s offered at. Imran was an absolute joy to work with, and he resolved all of my concerns with my site when I transitioned from the free version of Book Author Blog to Pro, addressing pretty much all of the issues that I had along the way. There are (were?) some spelling errors with some of the theme items and there was a small issue shortcode issue, but all of these were resolved within several minutes through live support, and none of these affect the quality of the service that I’ve received. Solid 5/5 stars! V.

This theme is perfect for independent authors (I’m self-published on Amazon). The Developer, Imran, is awesome. I ran into an issue and he worked with me via chat to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Top notch support. Highly recommend.

When I first ordered the service, I got EXTREMELY nervous! All I saw was a bunch of zipped files (filled with html code that I had no idea what to do with!) But I connected with Abdullah who worked through the entire process of revamping my website and showing me how to make edits on my own going forward. I am NOT a techie person, so I get overwhelmed with this stuff pretty quickly, but Abdullah is very patient and supportive as you learn.

A fast and clean theme. But the best is the service, even for the free version of the theme. I could chat live over Google meet with the developer, and he was able to help me with the issue in minutes. Already 5 minutes later the theme was updated, and the problem was gone! 5 Stars from me! I’ve been using this plugin on two websites of mine with two differen free themes and have had NO issues. The installation was seamless and went without a hitch. Its been amazing, gives me the ability to create, crisp, clean, book pages with a direct link to them landing pages for all my books. It did take a bit of learning to navigate it and get it set up to how I want it but overall a plugin that I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to make their author site look professional. My only suggestion would be to make it easier to change the color schemes and add multiple sales links for those who don’t have a ‘clean’ link for their books.

This is by far the best theme I’ve tried out for myself. It’s easy to use and the support I received when I had a minor problem was terrific. I’m going to keep this one. The theme has many options without being complicated and the design is quite clean and to the point. (There are, at this time, two 1-star reviews saying the 5-star reviews are fake, they are not. It’s worth all the 5 stars it can get.)

The support is top-notch. I started my website today and needed assistance importing the demo website. It was around 9pm (EST) and I wasn’t expecting any replies till the following day. Surprisingly, someone replied and helped me set up my website. I greatly recommend.

Abdullah was so helpful and really went above and beyond with his customer support. He helped me fix the issues with my website even after I hired a different web developer to help me. He responded to my messages quickly, and continued to help me with my issues as they continued to pop up. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Thank you for all your help! Five stars all around!

I had an issue with the featured photo not appearing. I also had an issue with the site not appearing on Chrome. The team went above and beyond to help fix the Chrome problem, then handled the task with the featured photo. All via chat. Made it look easy. The plug in itself is clean and easy.

Great, simple and pure theme for WordPress, especially for an online boutique. Works fine with WooCommerce. Some customization features I needed were not offered, but I immediately (I mean: Immediately!) got a reply from support and they simply added the feature within an hour and updated the theme. I’m impressed.

A theme I immediately liked, lightweight with no bloated features. It’s customizable and stylish out of the box. Support was incredibly fast and fixed an issue I had immediately. Definitely recommend this theme.

I’ve bought the pro-version of the Author Portfolio Pro. I still had some issues but the support was great. I got really quick answers via e-mail. They fixed the bugs really soon and uploaded new versions for me.

I use this them for a while now and it is simply amazing, easy to custom, really beautiful and minimalist. I use it for my blog mamkane.com and I love it. Also I had an issue with the theme, but after one email to the support and literately 10 min later, the problem was fix. This is my first review ever and it’s worth it.

I am using Author Portfolio Pro for my blog. I am currently in the customizing stage, and I am impressed at how customizable it is. I am able to pick exact colors for the typography. It also has a lot of options for customization, that I haven’t found on other themes. They are very responsive with questions or issues that have come up, which has been VERY helpful. I would definitely recommend this theme!
