If you want to quickly add books from Amazon to your WordPress website without manual entry, this guide will show you how. We will use an Amazon Book Scraper bookmarklet and the RS WP Book Showcase plugin Pro to automate the process.

Step 1: Add Amazon Book Scraper Script to Your Browser Bookmarklet

  1. Go to rswpthemes.com and download the Amazon Book Scraper.zip file. This Amazon Book Scraper is available with the RS WP Book Showcase Pro + Scraper Package.
  2. Extract the zip file, and inside, you’ll find a minified JavaScript file.
  3. Open the file and copy all the JavaScript code.

➡️ Create a Bookmark with the Script

  1. Open your browser and go to the Bookmarks Manager.
  2. Create a new bookmark.
  3. In the URL field, paste the copied JavaScript code.
  4. Name it Amazon Book Scraper.
  5. Save the bookmark.

Now, whenever you visit Amazon, you can click this bookmarklet to activate the scraper.

Step 2: Scrape Amazon Book Data

  1. Open Amazon.com in your browser.
  2. Navigate to the books you want to scrape.
  3. Click on the Amazon Book Scraper bookmark.
  4. A box will appear asking for Amazon book URLs.
  5. Paste multiple book URLs, separated by commas.

Step 3: Import Books into WordPress
